About the role
The Front Desk Coordinator (Studio Experience Specialist) at Peachy ensures every client enjoys a seamless, educational experience at our New York studio. Working closely with the Studio Manager and Clinical Providers, you will be the first point of contact and a key ambassador for our wrinkle‑prevention services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and answer questions about Peachy treatments.
- Collaborate with team members and Clinical Providers to deliver a best‑in‑class studio experience.
- Promote after‑care products and maintain accurate client schedules, including new and rescheduled appointments.
- Maintain studio opening and closing tasks, keep the environment clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Adhere to infection‑control standards, HIPAA privacy practices, and proper use of PPE.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and listen attentively.
- Strong collaborator who works well across the organization.
- Tech‑savvy and able to quickly adopt new tools.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, changing environment.

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, high‑end retail, or wellness services.
- Flexibility to work multiple studio locations and occasional holiday availability.
