Front Desk Attendant – Full‑Time Guest Services

About the role

Join the Fairfield Inn & Suites team in Mansfield as a Front Desk Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience while supporting daily hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Process payments, record special requests, and ensure accurate guest account information.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and assist callers with inquiries.
• Follow posting and settlement procedures for guest charges.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel policies.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts (7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm) and weekend availability.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and guest‑focused with a welcoming personality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Customer service experience; hotel experience is a plus but not required.
