About the role
Join the Fairfield Inn & Suites team in Mansfield as a Front Desk Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience while supporting daily hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Process payments, record special requests, and ensure accurate guest account information.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and assist callers with inquiries.
- Follow posting and settlement procedures for guest charges.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel policies.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts (7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm) and weekend availability.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and guest‑focused with a welcoming personality.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Customer service experience; hotel experience is a plus but not required.
