About the role
The Guest Services Agent supports front desk operations and ensures guests receive exceptional service from arrival through checkout at the Wyndham Garden hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with arrival and departure, handling registrations, cash and credit card transactions, and checkout efficiently.
- Communicate guest requests, special needs, and complaints to appropriate departments and follow up to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel areas, provide local information, and promote hotel amenities.
- Maintain confidentiality, security of guest information, and accurate room status reporting.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous front desk experience, preferably with Hilton brand and Hilton OnQ system.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Hilton OnQ property management system.
- Ability to accurately input data into moderately complex computer systems.
- Cash handling and credit card transaction processing.
