About the role

We are looking for a dynamic freelance writer to create high‑impact scripts for our flagship YouTube channel, Dhar Mann Studios. You will translate ideas into compelling, fast‑turn digital stories that resonate with a global, family‑friendly audience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop story ideas, expand pitches into full outlines, and write original scripts under tight daily and weekly deadlines.
• Collaborate with showrunners, script managers, analytics teams, and production staff to iterate and polish content from concept through final script.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and viewer feedback, applying insights to future scripts.
• Maintain the brand’s moral‑driven voice while building a pipeline of commercially viable content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience writing scripted content for digital platforms.
• Proven ability to write in screenplay format with strong pacing, dialogue, and visual storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with Gen Z culture, language, and current digital trends.
• Portfolio of published work, preferably with millions of views.
