Freelance Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to work with our Art Director – Print & Concept, creating and maintaining brand style guides, image libraries, and internal presentations. The role supports seasonal concept builds, print production, and various design functions on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate brand projection through consistent, high‑quality design across all projects.
• Create and maintain internal and external style guides, brand asset and image libraries, and presentation documents.
• Support seasonal concept development, including mood boards, logo creation, typography studies, and prototype sign‑offs.
• Assist the print team during floor‑set builds, designing, printing, cutting, and installing signage.
• Track project schedules, manage deadlines, and resolve scheduling issues with the manager.
• Produce special projects such as OOH ads, coupons, handouts, and ensure flawless proofing and release of all routing packets.
• Research current design trends in retail, fashion, and marketing to keep the brand fresh.
• Foster a collaborative cross‑functional environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field relevant to design or visual communication).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending on‑site sessions as needed.
• Strong visual and verbal communication, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with keen eye for design and ability to inspire teammates.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and planning skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
