Founding Product Marketer

About the role

Roadrunner is building a new enterprise pricing stack (PQA) and is looking for its first marketing hire. As the Founding Product Marketer you will work side‑by‑side with the founders to shape the company’s story, create go‑to‑market assets and drive market awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the company website end‑to‑end, crafting copy that conveys the product narrative.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive‑intelligence function, producing battlecards and win/loss analyses.
• Create the core sales enablement library – decks, one‑pagers, architecture slides and implementation overviews.
• Publish LinkedIn announcements, product highlights and thought‑leadership content.
• Embed with the sales team, attend customer calls and translate field feedback into refined messaging.
• Turn complex pricing and integration concepts into clear narratives for both technical and business audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, content creation or brand roles at a high‑growth B2B company, preferably enterprise software.
• Exceptional writing ability able to simplify technical workflows for senior executives.
• Hands‑on builder who has produced battlecards, sales decks and website copy from scratch.
• Sales‑first mindset – comfortable joining sales calls and using insights to shape materials.
