Founding Product Manager

About the role

Solidroad is looking for its first Product Manager to work side‑by‑side with the founders. You will shape product strategy, own a major portion of the roadmap, and turn customer insights into actionable engineering work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product stream and drive delivery from ambiguous problem to clear, scoped work.
• Translate company strategy into well‑defined engineering boundaries and ensure cross‑team cohesion.
• Conduct user research, sit on customer calls, and bring real‑world feedback into product decisions.
• Define and track success metrics, blend quantitative analytics with qualitative insights, and use data to guide prioritisation.
• Coach engineers on product thinking, support design and go‑to‑market efforts, and raise the overall quality of product work.

Required profile

• Passionate about building products that combine AI, generative tech, and real‑time simulations.
• Enjoys working directly with founders and thrives in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable coaching engineers and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong customer empathy and a habit of turning user conversations into product insights.
