Founding Product Designer

About the role

Solidroad is building an AI‑powered platform to scale customer support while preserving human warmth, empathy, and intuition. As a founding product designer you will help shape the look, feel, and experience of a brand‑new product that handles thousands of daily conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Design the complete product experience stack, from onboarding flows to complex AI interaction interfaces.
• Architect and maintain cohesive design systems that span the entire product.
• Own the visual evolution of the website, marketing assets, pitch decks, and product UI.
• Set and uphold high standards for intuitive, beautiful, and human‑centric interfaces.
• Mentor teammates and champion exceptional user‑experience practices across multimodal interactions.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of product design experience, preferably at a Series A‑C startup.
• Senior‑level mindset with the ability to make strategic design decisions.
• Comfortable working full‑time onsite in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for solving ambiguous, ambitious problems using AI and generative technologies.
