Founding Product Builder

About the role

We are looking for our first dedicated Product Builder to own design craft and customer‑facing problem solving from start to finish. Reporting to the Head of Product and working alongside a ~15‑person engineering team, you will shape the design system, rebuild key flows, and run discovery and validation directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and roll out a comprehensive design system in Figma, including tokens, components, patterns, and usage guidelines.
• Create cohesive visual and interaction patterns across the platform to ensure consistency.
• Design and prototype key features from concept to high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes using AI‑assisted tools.
• Own solution discovery, translate findings into clear PRDs, and partner with engineering to ship features.
• Validate designs with customers, gather feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS, with a strong visual and interaction portfolio.
• Proven track record of establishing a design system and rolling it out on a live product.
• Comfortable owning the problem end‑to‑end, conducting discovery, and making product judgments.
• Ability to write clear requirements and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Fluent in Figma and Claude Design, leveraging AI‑assisted tools for rapid prototyping.
• Thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment where you set the pace.
