About the role

Join ClaimSorted as a Founding Ops & Strategy leader in New York. You will shape the end‑to‑end claims handling framework, drive operational metrics, and translate frontline insights into a clear product agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the claims handling framework across all lines of business, ensuring scalability as new products are added.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve operational metrics that guide the claims team.
• Translate frontline observations into a prioritized product roadmap and work closely with the product team to deliver features.
• Lead rollout and adoption of new product features, ensuring they change team workflows effectively.
• Own the operational relationship with clients from onboarding through ongoing support.

Required profile

• Background in consulting, banking, product, or operations at a high‑growth startup, major tech company, AI lab, or as a founder.
• Proven ability to turn chaos into repeatable processes that survive team growth.
• Strong product sense – can distinguish core problems from symptoms and define what should be built.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with internal teams and external clients.
