Founding Account Executive

About the role

We are hiring Founding Account Executives to drive growth across new and existing customers. As one of the earliest members of the sales team, you’ll shape Clark’s go‑to‑market strategy, identify and close new opportunities, deepen relationships with key accounts, and help expand Clark across more teams, workflows, and use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue targets across both new logo acquisition and existing customer growth.
• Identify and qualify new prospects.
• Build and expand relationships with partners, executives, and champions at customer firms.
• Run discovery, demos, proposals, and commercial conversations end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing growth.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Help turn successful implementations into broader account growth.
• Avoid pushing expansion before customers are ready, focusing on creating long‑term value.
• Contribute to building and refining Clark’s sales processes and playbooks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Able to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial judgment and disciplined account planning.
• Comfortable selling early‑stage products.
• Strong collaboration with customer‑facing teams.
