Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will own the technical success of the most complex customer deployments, working directly with large enterprises to design, implement, and scale AI‑powered workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery for enterprise customers, from evaluation through launch and expansion.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer goals into realistic implementation plans.
• Configure and customize AI‑driven workflows across multiple business functions.
• Diagnose and resolve ambiguous technical issues across product, integration, infrastructure, and configuration layers.
• Deliver fixes, scripts, or product workarounds to unblock strategic customers.
• Capture field learnings and feed them back into the platform to improve future deployments.

Required profile

• Strong technical problem‑solving ability in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering large‑scale software or infrastructure deployments.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
