Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will act as the technical bridge between ClaimSorted and its insurance clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and reliable operation of our AI‑enabled claims platform. You will work closely with both engineering teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver fast, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customer technical teams and executives to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain systems that support critical client operations and enable rapid onboarding.
• Provide accurate reporting and actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on feedback and usage data.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with a customer‑facing mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high‑velocity environments.
