Forklift Operator – Evening Shift

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science as a Warehouse Operator II on the 2nd (evening) shift. You will operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, load and unload materials for shipment.
• Operate stand‑up hi‑lo forklifts, pallet jacks and handheld scanners safely.
• Perform cycle counts, update inventory systems and verify shipments against documentation.
• Organize, label and maintain warehouse storage areas.
• Inspect equipment, report maintenance needs and follow GMP, SOP and safety rules.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (stand‑up hi‑lo, pallet jack).
• Use of handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Basic computer/tablet proficiency.
• Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
