Floating Service Supervisor – NOCO

About the role

The Floating Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in Greystar’s policy manual.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by identifying and implementing expense‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical or technical issues in residential settings.
• Familiarity with make‑ready procedures and ability to coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards across community areas.
• Organizational skills for inventory management and budget adherence.
