Fleet Technician – Small Engine Maintenance

About the role

EarthBalance is seeking a dependable and experienced Fleet Technician to join our team. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of small‑engine equipment used by field crews.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small‑engine equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and pumps.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and complete necessary repairs on ATVs, UTVs, trucks, and trailers.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to avoid breakdowns.
• Track repairs, maintenance, and service needs in an organized manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized shop/work area.
• Support other fleet‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience repairing and maintaining small engines and equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with ATVs, UTVs, trucks, or trailers is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, safety‑mindset, and able to work independently.
