About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial counseling and guidance during weekend hours.
• Assist individuals with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus financial and administrative teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work varying weekend shifts as needed.
