Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across DecisivEdge and its subsidiaries, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and fiscal discipline across the United States, India, and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial performance reports and advise the executive team on risks and opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, revenue monitoring and variance analysis for all entities.
• Manage accounting functions including AP/AR, general ledger, month‑end close, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS in the US, Canada and India.
• Direct audits, tax filings, statutory reporting and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Handle cash‑flow, banking relationships, working‑capital optimization and treasury activities.
• Drive technology adoption using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, PV and other finance systems to automate processes.
• Identify and mitigate financial, compliance and operational risks.
• Lead, mentor and develop a geographically dispersed finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA or CA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years in a senior role within a mid‑market company.
• Deep knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting standards and best practices.
• Proven experience with mergers & acquisitions and transfer pricing.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
