Finance Manager – Growth Office (Remote)

About the role

The Finance Manager for the Growth Office will be the primary finance partner for the new GO function, linking finance teams across Kelly and supporting commercial decision‑making. This remote position works at the intersection of process integration, business partnership, analytics, and FP&A.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance managers and directors across ETM, SETT, and EDU to align GO financial processes, planning assumptions, and reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with the Sales COE and business units to connect GO planning with enterprise growth needs.
• Represent the Growth Office in cross‑functional finance initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day financial partnership for GO leadership and account leads, including performance reporting, forecasting, and post‑deal analysis.
• Support pricing decisions and deliver customer profitability visibility in coordination with other finance teams.
• Develop workforce and sales pipeline analytics and build structured reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to FP&A activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
