Finance Manager – Growth Office

About the role

The Growth Office at Kelly is a newly created, strategically important function. As Finance Support for the Growth Office, you will be the central finance partner for GO leadership and will work closely with Kelly’s ETM, SETT, EDU finance teams and the Sales COE. The role blends analytics, partnership, and financial planning to build the financial foundation of a fast‑evolving business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance managers across ETM, SETT and EDU to align GO financial processes, planning assumptions and reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with the Sales COE and business units to ensure GO planning supports enterprise growth objectives.
• Represent the Growth Office in cross‑functional finance initiatives and drive process integration across business units.
• Provide day‑to‑day financial partnership for GO leadership and account leads, including performance reporting, forecasting and post‑deal analysis.
• Support pricing decisions and deliver customer profitability visibility in coordination with other finance functions.
• Develop workforce and sales pipeline analytics and contribute to FP&A activities, creating structure where none currently exists.

Required profile

• Finance background with experience in cross‑functional collaboration and financial reporting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to build new processes and analytics frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Readiness to grow into broader finance leadership as the Growth Office matures.
