Finance and Business Operations Manager

About the role

Citizen is the leading public‑safety app in the United States and is expanding its enterprise business. The Finance and Business Operations Manager will build the financial and operational infrastructure needed to turn a growing pipeline into predictable revenue and lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue forecasting, quota setting, territory and capacity planning in partnership with Sales and Finance leadership.
• Administer and optimize the CRM and connected revenue tools to ensure data integrity, accurate pipeline reporting, and clean handoffs from Sales to Finance.
• Manage the deal‑desk process for non‑standard commercial terms, building approval playbooks and enforcing pre‑signature discipline.
• Oversee the order‑to‑cash process from signed agreement through invoicing, collections, cash application, revenue recognition and renewal tracking.
• Maintain clean data handoffs between Sales, Finance, Accounting and Customer Experience, and build leadership dashboards on pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn and collections.
• Administer the revenue tech stack—including HubSpot, quoting and enablement tools—and use AI tooling to automate reporting, CRM hygiene, billing, commissions and forecasting.
• Run the end‑to‑end commission calculation process, maintain plan documentation and partner with Finance on accruals and payout timing.
