Field Service Technician – Smart Home Solutions

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home’s field team to become the face of cutting‑edge smart‑home technology. You will install, service and sell upgrades that give homeowners peace of mind while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks and home automation equipment in customers’ homes.
• Assess each residence and recommend upgrades or additional services that enhance safety and convenience.
• Educate homeowners on how to operate their new smart‑home system.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales mindset – comfortable identifying and presenting upgrade opportunities.
• Reliability and integrity when working independently in customers’ homes.

Required skills
