Field Service Professional – Smart Home Solutions

About the role

Join the Smart Home team to create smarter, safer and more sustainable homes. As a Field Service Professional you will install cutting‑edge smart home technology and proactively identify and sell upgraded solutions to provide customers with total peace of mind.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks and home automation systems at customer residences.
• Evaluate homes on‑site, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on how to operate their new smart home system.
• Maintain tools, company vehicle and licensing required for job duties.

Required profile

• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Customer‑first attitude with strong integrity and rapport‑building skills.
• Technical aptitude – background in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction or solar is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
