Field Sales Representative – WV & PA Territory

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as a Field Sales Representative responsible for the Clarksburg, WV, Morgantown, WV, and Uniontown, PA territory. You will own sales performance by building relationships with store managers and retail staff, driving incremental volume, and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and promoted products.
• Collaborate with store‑level and district‑level retail personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Ensure pricing compliance, report competitive price changes and resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct out‑of‑stock situations, ensure new items are available and merchandised according to plan.
• Maintain relationships with store managers and department personnel to maximize sales results.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or CPG experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
