Field Sales Representative – Stockton, CA

About the role

Nestlé USA offers an inclusive workplace delivering beloved consumer brands. The Field Sales Representative will manage the Stockton, CA territory, building relationships with store managers and retail staff to drive sales, product displays, new item introductions, and overall retail value.

Key responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and secure maximum support for promoted products.
• Conduct promotional surveys and capture display performance.
• Identify and sell additional product opportunities observed in stores.
• Collaborate with store‑level and district‑level retail operations to conduct business reviews that drive volume.
• Ensure pricing compliance, report competitive price changes, and resolve pricing issues.
• Manage product availability by addressing out‑of‑stocks, new‑item speed‑to‑shelf, share‑of‑shelf, and voids.
• Merchandise products to achieve schematic compliance, rotate stock, and resolve unsellable items.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or CPG experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and travel as needed.
