Field Sales Representative – Louisville, KY

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will own sales performance across a Louisville, KY territory, building relationships with store managers and retail staff to drive volume, displays, new‑item introductions and overall value of retail for Nestlé brands.

Key responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume through displays, promotional surveys and opportunistic product placements.
• Collaborate with store‑level and district‑level personnel to conduct business reviews that drive sales.
• Manage pricing compliance, report competitive changes and resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct out‑of‑stock situations, ensure new items are on shelf, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Travel regularly within a 50‑mile radius of Louisville, including up to 40% overnight travel.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or CPG experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and handle physical demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
