Field Sales Representative – Laurel, MD

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as a Field Sales Representative covering the Laurel, MD territory. You will own sales performance, develop relationships with store managers, and drive the overall value of retail for Nestlé’s portfolio of consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Collaborate with store‑level and district‑level retail operations personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Lead fiscal responsibility of financial resources and ensure pricing compliance at the retail level.
• Report competitive price changes, resolve pricing issues, and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to achieve schematic compliance, manage stock, and resolve out‑of‑stock situations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, selling and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• POS systems.
