Field Sales Representative – Arlington, TX

Key responsibilities

• Drive incremental volume by selling displays, promotional surveys, and additional products.
• Collaborate with store‑level and district‑level retail personnel to conduct business reviews that boost sales.
• Maintain price compliance, report competitive pricing changes, and resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct out‑of‑stock situations, ensure new items are on shelf, and manage product merchandising.
• Communicate market insights from the field to management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or CPG experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips up to 40% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to analyze financial, inventory and retail data to inform selling techniques.
