Field Sales – Process Industry (Thermal)

About the role

Join Alfa Laval’s Service Sales team to drive growth of heat‑exchanger solutions across key process industries such as chemical processing, oil & gas, and mining. You will develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans to expand service and replacement sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, customer mapping, and opportunity identification to drive growth for heat‑exchanger solutions and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, proactively manage opportunities through OneCRM, and support growth through replacement sales, energy‑efficiency solutions, and service agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to increase service and replacement sales.

Required profile

• Business, Engineering, or related degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or industrial sales environments.
• Experience with industrial applications; experience with service sales, heat‑exchanger products, or related process‑industry equipment is preferred.
