Field Sales Manager – Northeast

About the role

The Field Sales Manager drives sales volume and distribution across the Green Bay, Sheboygan, Appleton, and Sturgeon Bay territories. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to meet performance goals and grow key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, conducting one‑on‑one meetings to set objectives and review performance.
• Develop performance enhancement plans, track progress, and conduct 90‑day evaluations for new hires.
• Pre‑plan each sales period with representatives, strategizing target accounts and goal achievement.
• Participate in interview and selection processes, working with HR to source and onboard candidates.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities, and resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate supplier surveys and ride‑withs, collaborating with Business Managers to schedule activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage or related industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using presentation software.
