Field Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist to oversee drilling, cementing, casing and perforation activities in Houston, TX. The role focuses on optimizing production, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise drilling wells, cementing, casing, perforation and completions.
• Monitor and optimize production rates, well performance, and equipment efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and mitigate environmental impact.
• Manage logistics, transportation, storage and supply‑chain operations.
• Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10‑20 years of experience in field operations, drilling or well completions.
• Relevant certifications in well control, drilling or completion operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with operational software and technology.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations and transportation.
