Field Marketing Senior Manager / Associate Director

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven SaaS leader helping life‑sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. The Senior Manager / Associate Director of Field Marketing will shape integrated marketing strategies, drive demand generation, and support digital initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing strategy and partner closely with cross‑functional teams on objectives and themes.
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications that address the needs of key target buyers and influencers.
• Generate awareness, nurture, and educate contacts within target accounts to drive pipeline and accelerate sales.
• Design and execute 1:Few Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize programs and ABM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness through better audience segmentation and marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops to ensure optimal orchestration.
• Build and maintain a complete and accurate account and contact database.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Very high attention to detail and strong project‑management abilities.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Growth‑minded team player with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Social‑media content delivery tools (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Sigma and marketing automation platforms (Marketo).
