Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact marketing programs across the United States. You will own integrated field marketing plans, drive demand generation, and support events and digital initiatives for life‑science products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans for one or two products, including communications, webinars, and conference support.
• Lead a mix of marketing programs across channels and coordinate with product marketing, sales, creative services, and other internal teams.
• Manage logistics, execution, and measurement of webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Organize event logistics, contract negotiations, speaker management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain accurate contact lists, drive database nurture, and support outreach programs.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on events, campaigns, and program metrics.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high‑growth SaaS marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong project‑management mindset with high attention to detail.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
