Field Marketing Manager – Senior Level

Veeva is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact marketing programs across the United States. This role offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing SaaS leader in life sciences, influencing communications, demand generation, events, and digital marketing. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans for one or two products, including communications, webinars, and conference support.
• Lead a broad mix of marketing programs across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative services, sales, strategy, operations, content, customer success, PR, and digital teams.
• Manage logistics, execution, and measurement of webinars and customer meetings.
• Organize Veeva and industry events, handling contracts, speaker management, event apps, and reporting.
• Build and maintain accurate contact lists and drive engagement through database nurture.
• Support outreach program optimization for current and prospective customers.
• Own weekly and monthly program reporting and metrics.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high‑growth SaaS marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with all organizational levels.
• High attention to detail and strong project‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google applications.
• Self‑directed, capable of managing multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Experience writing demand‑generation copy (email, LinkedIn).
• Working knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Growth‑mindset, team player with a positive attitude.
