Field Marketing Manager

About the role

As Field Marketing Manager, you'll execute and scale regional demand generation programs that grow pipeline and revenue. You'll turn strategy into on‑the‑ground programs such as executive events, field activations, partner campaigns, and account‑based marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver high‑impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars.
• Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration.
• Develop and run account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high‑value prospects.
• Launch integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels.
• Experiment with AI‑driven tools to personalize outreach and improve performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Support co‑marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities.

Required profile

• 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing within cybersecurity.
• Proven experience generating pipeline through events and regional marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows.
