Field Marketing Manager

About the role

New York is where many of our highest‑value buyers already are. We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to turn that density into a pipeline through tradeshows, community programs, hackathons, executive dinners, and hospitality experiences that people actually remember.

Key responsibilities

• Own the NYC event portfolio – strategy, budget, execution, and reporting across a range of program types.
• Manage tradeshows: select and tier shows, design booth experience, and drive pre‑show outreach and post‑show follow‑up.
• Build sustained presence with NYC practitioner communities and peer networks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to run hackathons that earn technical credibility.
• Curate executive dinners with senior buyers and ensure follow‑up conversion.
• Design hospitality experiences tied to named deals with clear allocation rules.
• Negotiate and manage budgets across vendors, venues, sponsorships, software, and agencies.
• Report results, create playbooks, templates, and SLAs for repeatable programs.

Required profile

• 4–7 years in field marketing, events, or experiential marketing, preferably B2B with a sales‑led motion.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end events independently.
• Experience across event types from large tradeshows to intimate dinners.
• Strong partnership skills with Sales, including building invite lists and driving follow‑up.
• Data fluency to build plans from account and performance data and discuss cost per meeting.
• Negotiation instincts with vendors, venues, and agencies.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior internal audiences.
• Based in NYC with willingness to work evenings and travel to EMEA.
