Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Cogent Security is building autonomous cyber‑defense AI agents and needs a Field Marketing Manager to scale its pipeline engine. The role sits in the Demand Generation team and works closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Product Marketing and RevOps to turn regional programs, executive events and partner activations into qualified meetings and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a field‑marketing operating system – event calendar, target‑account planning, pre/post‑event workflows, logistics tracking and reporting.
• Develop regional and account‑based field plans aligned to pipeline targets, priority accounts and partner opportunities.
• Execute end‑to‑end field programs including planning, venue selection, invitations, on‑site experience, speaker coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Track performance metrics such as registration, attendance, target‑account engagement, meetings, SQLs, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales and Partnerships to ensure accurate attribution, campaign membership and seamless hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve event research, personalized outreach, logistics management and reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in field, event, partner or demand‑generation marketing within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record of running events, webinars or field programs that drive pipeline.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to manage logistics, vendors, budgets and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable partnering directly with Sales and SDR teams on target‑account invites, conversion and follow‑up.
• Data‑curious mindset – able to analyze registration, attendance and pipeline impact to iterate programs.
• Willingness to travel for events and field activations as needed.
