Field Marketing Director

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Director of Marketing Programs/Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives for its life‑sciences SaaS solutions. The role offers the chance to shape communications, demand generation, digital events and digital marketing across a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated marketing strategy and partner with cross‑functional teams on objectives and themes.
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications that address the needs of key target buyers and influencers.
• Develop awareness, nurture and education campaigns for target accounts to drive pipeline and accelerate sales.
• Design and execute 1:Few Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and continuously track, analyze and optimize them.
• Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness through better audience segmentation and marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Marketing and Marketing Ops to ensure optimal orchestration.
• Maintain a complete and accurate account and contact database.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Self‑directed, growth‑minded team player with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Social media content delivery via LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Experience with Sigma and Marketo marketing automation platforms.
