Field Marketing Coordinator – BeatBox

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch’s BeatBox team as a Field Marketing Coordinator, driving brand presence across the Los Angeles market. You will translate national strategies into local activations, building strong relationships with consumers, influencers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and activate local networks of opinion leaders, influencers and on‑premise/off‑premise partners in the Los Angeles market.
• Translate national BeatBox programs into local activations through product sampling, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Hire, train and manage a field marketing team of brand representatives to execute on‑premise, off‑premise and event initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales and trade‑marketing teams to support merchandising, sales blitzes and distributor ride‑alongs.
• Plan, execute and oversee regional festivals and other large‑scale events, handling logistics, staffing and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• 2 + years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG or related categories.
• 1 + year of leadership or management experience overseeing brand ambassadors.
• Valid state sampling license for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with on‑premise, off‑premise and wholesale partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time and lift up to 15 lb.
