Field Marketing Associate Manager / Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager of Marketing Programs / Field Marketing to join its growing team. The role offers the chance to contribute to communications, demand generation, events, and digital marketing while working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of field marketing plans, including customer communications, webinars, and conference support.
• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across multiple Veeva teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as product marketing, creative services, content, sales, public relations, social media, and digital.
• Manage logistics and execution of webinars, customer meetings, and events, including speaker and app management.
• Conduct online research to build and maintain accurate contact lists for marketing and sales.
• Execute and optimize outreach programs on LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, and other channels.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting of events, campaigns, Google Analytics, and ad performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high‑growth SaaS marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and strong project‑management skills.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Growth‑mindset and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
