FIC Advisor – Logistics and Sustainment Support

About the role

The FIC Advisor is a key member of the logistics team, supporting engineering change proposals, obsolescence management and integrated logistics support for sustainment contracts. You will work closely with project, commercial and technical teams to ensure capability readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Review CDRLs & DIDs from the Primary Industry Partner and provide feedback per contract obligations.
• Develop and review logistic aspects of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Perform logistics information management using MILIS and S4 HANA, including SCA management.
• Manage obsolescence, sparing analysis, RSPL modelling and life‑cycle costing activities.
• Provide contract management support for sustainment contracts and coordinate training delivery and material updates.

Required profile

• Experience with integrated logistics support (ILS) processes and documentation.
• Ability to produce technical data advice, support concepts and transition plans.
• Strong communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams, including project management and commercial stakeholders.
