About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its Lafayette General outpatient team. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care while leveraging innovative tools to enhance patient management.

Key responsibilities

Provide primary care services with ambient listening tools to reduce documentation time.
Utilize EPIC EMR and digital medicine platforms to manage chronic conditions and coordinate care.

Required profile

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Experience in outpatient primary‑care settings.

Required skills

Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
Familiarity with digital medicine platforms for chronic disease management.
