About the role
The Early Care and Education Projects (ECEP) Family Child Care Coach supports the mission to educate, connect, and equip early childhood professionals by providing relationship‑based training, technical assistance, and coaching to family child care providers in Southwest Arkansas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide relationship‑based support, training, technical assistance and coaching to family child care providers in Southwest Arkansas.
- Contribute to statewide network efforts of the Family Child Care Network and collaborate with partners and team members.
- Maintain regular attendance, travel to provider sites, and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Required profile
- CDA credential or a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience delivering direct services to children and families within the child‑care community.
- Experience with state licensing regulations and quality improvement systems is preferred.
- Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
