Facilitator – J!Schools

About the role

JUMP! seeks experienced facilitators to co‑design and guide transformational learning journeys for school‑based programs. The role blends remote program design, on‑site delivery, and post‑program reflection, emphasizing learner‑first mindsets, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in remote planning calls, review session plans, and contribute to intentional program design.
• Lead on‑site sessions with clarity and emotional intelligence, adapting in real time to student needs and group dynamics.
• Build rapport with students and collaborate with educators and school stakeholders to ensure continuity and a safe learning environment.
• Participate in daily debriefs, document learning moments, and share insights for future program improvements.
• Provide continuity coaching or mentorship to student leaders and contribute to facilitator development through JUMP! Academy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facilitation or experiential education.
• Strong understanding of experiential pedagogies and group development theories.
• Ability to read group dynamics and adjust content or approach in real time.
• Confidence engaging diverse youth (ages 8‑18) and adult stakeholders.
• Highly observant, reflective, and able to document program impact clearly.
• Commitment to inclusive, youth‑empowering facilitation practices.
