About the Position

Main Missions

• Execute high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance in strict accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Receive repair orders, perform advanced diagnostics to identify complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Carry out precise repairs and collaborate closely with the parts department to ensure efficiency.
• Mentor and supervise apprentice technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to stay at the forefront of automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment while strictly adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
• Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed service records.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, preferably with luxury or European brands.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and supervise junior staff.
