Expert AI Training Developer (Python/JavaScript)

About the Position

Join the forefront of Artificial Intelligence development by helping to shape the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs). As an AI Training Developer, you will play a critical role in evaluating, testing, and refining the logical reasoning and coding capabilities of advanced AI chatbots.

Main Missions

• Design and present complex coding challenges to AI models to test their limits.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and performance.
• Debug and solve high-level programming problems (similar to LeetCode/HackerRank standards).
• Provide detailed technical explanations for your solutions to improve model training quality.
• Identify and report edge cases in AI reasoning and code generation.

Profile Sought

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and algorithmic logic.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing complex code snippets.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency is mandatory for technical documentation and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
• A Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) is preferred but not required.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in at least one major language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong debugging and code optimization skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
