Experienced Recruiter – Data & Analytics (Hybrid)

About the role

Harnham is looking for experienced recruiters to join its Data & Analytics practice. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, and offers a full‑desk (360) recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach and business development to build new client relationships and sell recruitment services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through calls, headhunting, and networking.
• Collaborate with internal mentors and specialist training teams to deepen sector expertise.
• Achieve revenue targets through a mix of base salary and uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑desk recruiter, preferably within Data, Analytics or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Motivation to grow within a fast‑expanding, specialist recruitment firm.
