Experience Ambassador – Front Desk & Package Concierge

About the role

The Experience Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for residents and guests at Sentral communities, handling inquiries, providing hospitality, and managing package and access services. The role is on‑site, full‑time with required weekend availability.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and service requests.
• Manage building access for residents, guests, and vendors using key‑system technology.
• Handle package receipt, storage, and delivery, including early check‑in and late checkout requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies and common areas, restocking refreshment stations.
• Monitor property entry, ensuring security and reporting any safety concerns.
• Resolve resident disputes promptly to achieve satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and promoting community benefits.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service; multifamily experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on requests with urgency.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
