Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator Specialist

About the role

As a senior member of Mastercard's Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will provide high‑touch, high‑judgment support to Executive Talent Acquisition, senior hiring leaders, and candidates. You will work closely with SVP‑level and C‑suite stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant, and premium experience throughout the executive hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted operational partner, handling complex interview scheduling, offer creation, hire processing, and onboarding coordination for executive roles.
• Resolve complex Talent Acquisition and HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including executive recruiting, compensation coordination, and internal mobility, in line with service level agreements.
• Manage non‑standard, high‑risk issues independently, exercising sound judgment and discretion, and escalating when necessary with thorough documentation.
• Deliver a “white glove” experience for candidates and stakeholders, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive talent acquisition or high‑volume recruiting operations.
• Strong ability to interact with senior leaders (SVP+, C‑suite) and manage confidential, time‑critical activities.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
