Executive Producer, Executive Communications

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Producer, Executive Communications to own and evolve Cohere’s narrative globally as we become the transatlantic leader in sovereign AI. In this cross‑functional role you will partner directly with C‑Suite and VP executives to shape how we talk to customers, partners, and employees, using video as the primary medium.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute Cohere’s strategic narrative across executive thought leadership, policy storytelling, and corporate storytelling.
• Partner with the VP Global Communications to translate the narrative into content strategy and production.
• Audit senior‑voice content, identify gaps, and develop playbooks for regulatory milestones, product launches, and other inflection points.
• Establish and run the production function, including stage‑capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks.
• Create AI‑enabled workflows using Cohere’s Command, North, Embed and Rerank products to automate transcript‑to‑asset pipelines and ensure narrative consistency.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience building executive and corporate narratives in fast‑growth tech or AI environments.
• Proven ability to design production workflows from scratch and work with senior leaders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast‑moving settings and prioritizing ruthlessly.
